Some businesses need all three. Most start with one. The right starting point depends on where you are: moving from an old system, already on a cloud platform but not keeping up with bookkeeping, or looking to eliminate manual data entry between tools.

Each service below describes what it includes, who it's for, and what it costs. Pricing reflects standard scope — if your situation is more complex than typical, we'll discuss that before anything starts.

Cloud Accounting Setup & Migration

Move from desktop software, spreadsheets, or a legacy system to a properly configured cloud accounting platform. This is a one-time engagement that sets your books up correctly from the start — platform selection, account configuration, historical data migration, and a training session included.

Ongoing Cloud Bookkeeping

Monthly bookkeeping handled entirely within your cloud platform. We categorize transactions, reconcile bank feeds, record invoices and vendor payments, and deliver monthly summaries through your platform's native reporting tools. You stay focused on your business — your books stay current.

All work done in your platform

No external spreadsheets or files. Everything stays inside your Xero, QuickBooks Online, or FreshBooks account.

Bookkeeping done monthly keeps records current — quarterly backlogs are harder to reconcile accurately.

Connect your cloud accounting platform to the other tools in your business — payment processors, POS systems, payroll services, inventory management. We map the data flows, configure automation rules, and test each connection before it goes live. Includes documentation and a walkthrough session.

Pricing from $1,800 reflects a single integration or a small set of connected tools. Projects involving multiple complex systems are scoped individually — we'll be clear about what's included before any work starts.

This service works with your existing cloud platform. It can be combined with Setup & Migration if you're moving to the cloud at the same time.

Are you still on desktop software or spreadsheets?

Start with Setup & Migration. Getting onto the right platform with a clean configuration is the foundation everything else depends on. Integrations and ongoing bookkeeping both work better when the base is set up correctly.

Already on a cloud platform but not keeping up with the books?

Look at Ongoing Bookkeeping. This assumes your platform is already set up — we step in to handle the monthly recordkeeping so your numbers stay current without drawing on your time or attention.

Spending hours moving data between tools manually?

The Integrations & Workflow service is probably what you need. Connecting your payment processor, payroll, and POS to your accounting platform cuts that work down significantly — often to near zero for the data that was being transferred manually.

Starting a new business from scratch?

A combination of Setup & Migration (to configure the platform) and Integrations (to connect your payment and sales tools) is usually the most effective starting point. We can scope both together to reduce the overall coordination overhead.
